General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Welcome to Poedagar Paris®. By placing an order on our website, you fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). We invite you to read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Purpose

These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Poedagar Paris.

2. Products

The products offered on Poedagar Paris® are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, images are non-contractual and slight variations may occur.
Prohibited products: we strictly comply with legal and advertising requirements and do not offer any prohibited or restricted products.

3. Prices

The prices displayed on our website are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery fees are calculated before the order is confirmed. Poedagar Paris® reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in force at the time of ordering.

4. Order

The order is validated upon receipt and confirmation of payment. You will receive a summary email listing the items purchased, the amount paid, and the delivery address.
Poedagar Paris® reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or incomplete or incorrect customer information.

Once the order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled because it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait until you receive the parcel and then submit a return request in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

All transactions are secured by SSL protocol. Poedagar Paris® does not store any banking information.

6. Delivery

We ship to several countries. Delivery fees and times are indicated before your order is confirmed.
Estimated timeframes: 2 to 8 business days. In the event of a delay exceeding 45 days, you may request a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Please consult our return and refund policies for more information.

8. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days to return your items to us. After validation, a full refund or exchange will be offered.
Refund within 14 business days after receipt of the products.

9. Warranty

Our watches are covered by a warranty against any manufacturing defect. Please contact our customer service team for any replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on Poedagar Paris (texts, images, logos, videos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. Liability

We undertake to describe our products accurately. However, Poedagar® cannot be held liable for minor differences between the images and the products received.

12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the GTCS

Poedagar Paris® reserves the right to amend these GTCS at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of the order.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
