Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on poedagarparis.com, operated by VARACIO SAS under the trade name Poedagar Paris.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most countries worldwide. The available destinations are those offered when selecting the delivery address on our checkout page. If a country does not appear among the available options, this means that we are currently unable to deliver there. For any other destination, please contact us to check delivery availability.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, the time of year, and external circumstances.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:4 to 7 business days.
Except in exceptional cases or where a specific agreement has been made with the customer, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days after order confirmation.

Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, exceptional stock shortages, payment verification, or circumstances beyond our control.
A confirmation email is sent after the order has been validated. A second email may be sent when the order is shipped, together with the available tracking information.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically when the order is confirmed, based on the destination, the chosen delivery method, and the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
Certain commercial promotions may offer free delivery, according to the conditions stated on the website or at the time of ordering.
When delivery is offered free of charge as part of a promotion, this information is displayed before the order is confirmed.
4. Delivery Tracking
Where the carrier allows it, a tracking number is sent by email after the order has been shipped.
Tracking may require some time to become active after shipment. If the tracking link does not work immediately, we recommend checking it again later.

5. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as periods of high demand, logistical constraints, weather conditions, customs checks, strikes or industrial action, carrier incidents, or force majeure events.
In the event of a delay, we undertake to assist the customer with tracking their order and to seek an appropriate solution with the carrier.
If delivery does not take place within the announced timeframe or within the applicable legal timeframe, the customer may contact customer service to obtain updated information and, where the legal conditions are met, request cancellation of the order in accordance with the applicable regulations.
6. Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to:
- check the address entered when placing the order;
- check with other people living at the same address;
- check with the building caretaker, neighbours, or any possible delivery point;
- contact the carrier;
- contact us at contact@poedagarparis.com or via WhatsApp so that we can open an investigation where possible.
Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, according to the tracking information, the available supporting documents, and the carrier’s response.
7. Return Conditions
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the regulations applicable to distance purchases.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, complete with any accessories, and, where possible, in its original packaging.
In the case of a simple withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated or unless a specific commercial offer applies. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, or an order error attributable to VARACIO SAS, return shipping costs will be covered by VARACIO SAS.
Customized products, including products that have been engraved or specifically modified at the customer’s request, cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except in the event of a defect or non-compliance.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order, including the name, full address, postal code, city, country, email address, and, where necessary, telephone number.
In the event of an error, omission, or incomplete address resulting in a delay, failed delivery, or return of the parcel to the sender, the customer is invited to contact our customer service team promptly.
If the parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
If the customer prefers a refund, this may be issued after the parcel has been returned to the sender, after deduction of the delivery fees and logistics costs actually incurred, where applicable.
If the parcel is lost by the carrier while the delivery information provided by the customer was correct, an appropriate solution will be offered after verification with the carrier.
9. Damaged Parcel, Missing Item, or Order Error
We recommend checking the condition of the parcel and the products as soon as you receive them.
In the event of a damaged parcel, missing item, defective product, or order error, please contact our customer service team at contact@poedagarparis.com or via WhatsApp, stating your order number and attaching, where possible, photos of the parcel, the shipping label, and the product concerned.
We recommend reporting any issue to us within 48 hours of receipt in order to help us process your request more efficiently. This recommendation does not limit the applicable statutory warranties.
After verification, an appropriate solution may be offered, including a replacement, reshipment, exchange, or refund where the applicable conditions are met.
10. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Depending on the country of delivery, the country of shipment, or the applicable regulations, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges may be applied by the competent authorities or carriers.
Where these fees apply, they may be payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.
The customer is invited to contact the local customs or tax authorities for any further information.
11. Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders are processed quickly after validation in order to ensure preparation and shipment as promptly as possible.
Any cancellation or modification request may be sent to contact@poedagarparis.com. It will be processed where possible if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed. However, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the parcel, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
