This policy applies to orders placed on poedagarparis.com, a store operated by VARACIO SAS, an authorized distributor of POEDAGAR products.
1. Right to a Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
You exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, by returning the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The product received is defective (meaning it has a manufacturing defect) or does not match the order (for example, an incorrect size or color).
- Products on promotion are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, except where exceptions provided by law apply. However, return shipping costs may remain the customer’s responsibility when the return does not concern a defective product or an order error. Our customer service team may, if you wish, offer you an exchange or store credit, without limiting your statutory right to a refund where applicable.
2. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:
Contact us by email at contact@poedagarparis.com, providing your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product. This will include the return address.
Products must be returned to the address provided, together with a copy of your purchase invoice or a shipping receipt.
The refund will be issued within 5 to 14 business days after receipt of the returned product, subject to approval of your request.
3. Refund Method
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order (bank card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If the refund is refused, we will inform you of the reasons by email.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
Customized products (e.g., engravings or specific modifications).
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Products not returned in their original packaging.
Parcels not delivered due to an incorrect address.
5. Processing Time
Once your return has been received, we will carry out an inspection of the product to verify its condition. You will receive an email confirming the approval or refusal of your refund within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days.
6. Additional Return Information
Returns are free of charge only for products that are not on sale or promotion. Returns must be sent to the address we provide when you submit your return request. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs for items from all promotional orders (e.g., buy one, get one free).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for the return to ensure that the product is properly received.

No refund will be issued if non-delivery results from an error in the information provided by the customer (incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address).
If the parcel is returned to the sender:
The customer may choose to have the parcel reshipped at their own expense
Or request a refund of the order amount, after deduction of the delivery costs and logistics costs incurred. In the case of free or promotional shipping, the actual shipping costs borne by the seller may be deducted from the refund.
If the parcel is lost by the carrier while the delivery information was correct, a full refund or reshipment will be offered.
8. Cancellation:
Cancellation requests are processed whenever possible before shipment. If the order has already been prepared or shipped, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the parcel. This process allows us to ensure fast handling and shipment of every order.
If you wish to return an item, we invite you to wait until you have received your parcel. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and submit a return request.
