The item is unworn, unused and in its original packaging

Return procedure

Contact us via chat, the form above or at contact@poedagarparis.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive an email with return instructions and the return address.

Refund

If the return is accepted, we will issue a full refund via the same payment method used at purchase. The refund will be visible within 30 days of receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Damaged product or error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the product. We will arrange an exchange or refund, including shipping costs.

Return address: the return address will be sent to you by email after your request has been validated. Any return sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Tracking & delays: it is strongly recommended to use a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
