Returns & refunds
At Poedagar®, your satisfaction comes first. If an item isn't right for you, you have 14 days after delivery to notify us of your withdrawal, then another 14 days to send it back, in line with our return policy. Our team will reply within 1 to 3 working hours, Monday to Friday. ➤ Please include your order number if possible. No reason is required to withdraw.

Return conditions
At Poedagar, we want to offer you a clear, simple and reassuring shopping experience. If your order doesn't suit you or an item has a defect, you can submit a return request under the conditions outlined below.
- The product does not suit you
- The product is defective or does not match the order
- For withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receipt
- You may try the item to check it; excessive handling may reduce its refund value

Return procedure
Contact us via chat, the form above or at contact@poedagarparis.com to notify your withdrawal. Please include your order number if possible; no reason is required. We will email you the return instructions and address. You then have 14 days to send the item back.

Refund
For withdrawal, the refund is issued using the original payment method within 14 days of notification. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of its return shipment, whichever comes first. Standard return shipping is free when advertised; for promotional orders it is at your expense if disclosed before purchase. Returns for non-conforming items are handled at no cost under applicable law.

Damaged product or error
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and, if possible, send photos. Reporting promptly helps us, but there is no 48-hour deadline limiting your legal rights. The statutory conformity guarantee applies for two years; repair, replacement or another legal remedy will be provided as applicable, at no cost.

Our promotional offer is covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.
If an item arrives damaged or does not conform to your order: your statutory rights apply, with no return shipping costs for you. Repair, replacement or a refund will be provided where required by law.
If your parcel is not delivered: we will handle the delivery issue. A full refund will be issued if the order is validly cancelled due to non-delivery, in accordance with the law.
If you change your mind: direct return shipping costs are your responsibility, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information provided before purchase. If you withdraw from the entire offer, both watches, including the free one, must be returned. Partial returns are handled according to the offer conditions and applicable statutory rights.
